Minimum of two hours in initial service time. After purchased once additional hours can be added for $75 per hour. If you have any questions, get in touch ahead of time. Access to platforms will be required for services provided.

What's Included ...

I am proficient in a wide variety of platforms ranging from your web presence to SEO to email marketing needs. If the tech is blocking you in some way, I am your gal to get the job done and give you the confidence to move forward.

    • Specific support, help, or training, or agreed upon and yet to be imagined.

This is not an all inclusive lists - just ideas of what is in my wheelhouse and can be accomplished - also note some things that have a specific separate package. All services or trainings are customized to your platforms and needs. Training sessions can be done synchronously via Zoom (or similar) or pre-recorded.

  • Setup / Learn WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, many other web platforms.
    • Note: Need a website design or redesign? Check out specific packages with preset hours. This included migration from one platform to another.
  • Setup / Learn WordPress Plugins (or other platform widgets, apps, add-ons).
  • Setup a new functionality on your website with recommended plugin (widget, app, etc.).
  • Migrate hosting for self-hosted WordPress from one host to another.
  • Setup Cloudflare or other CDN for a faster more secure site.
  • Website audit to determine what is working and what might be improved upon (including SEO, web accessibility, and speed).
    • Note: Need fixes to speed, web accessibility, or SEO - See my Speed Optimization Makeover which includes an audit and two hours of fixes.
  • Setup / Learn an e-Learning platform or plugin or membership site.
  • Tech gremlins? Troubleshoot various issues that might be happening. Send your Tech Angel, AKA Cousett, on a rescue mission!

  • Setup / Learn Google Analytics or Google Search Console
  • Setup / Learn Reporting in Google Analytics

Cousett can also help with creating digital products (for example Canva creation or training), setup automation between tools (for example setting up zaps with Zapier), or help with your tech stack of platforms, apps, tech, etc. needed to run your business.

After purchased once additional hours can be added for $75 per hour or discounted larger blocks. Larger blocks do not have to be completed all at one time but blocks expire after 2 months.
